When publishing any work (covers, original songs, fanart, animations, and other creative works) using SAiFA as a character or as a vocalist, SAiFA must be mentioned in the description of the work. SAiFA does not have to be listed as a featured vocalist in the title of the song.

In cases where mention of the type/version of voice library or database is relevant, the voice library or database may be referred to with the full name.

The character and the voice libraries are the intellectual property of shikeii. Unauthorized modifications, redistribution, or false claims of authorship are strictly prohibited.

Do not roleplay as SAiFA.

When publishing non-commercial works featuring any of the voice libraries, you may freely use the official full body artwork, so long as credit is given to the artist (shikeii).

Official full body artwork can only be used in conjunction with work featuring renders of its respective voice library.

Including visual depictions of the voice library character alongside published work is optional.

Visual depictions should be clearly recognizable as the voice library character. These voice libraries cannot be used in conjunction with artwork of other characters. For more information on this term, please see the Derivatives Policy.

Do not create derivatives of this voice library (i.e. pitchloids, genderbends, etc). Instead, please, refer to an existing genderbend character.

Do not edit or use any of the voice libraries to create a new vocal synthesizer characters.

Do not edit or use any of the voice libraries to "voice" a non-vocal synthesizer character.

You are free to edit any configuration files, such as oto.ini or FRQ files.

You are permitted to clean or enhance audio files within any of these voice libraries as long as the edited files remain the same character.

You cannot use these voice libraries in any singing synthesizers other than UTAU, UTAU-Synth, or OpenUTAU.

The contents of these voice libraries can only be used in permitted singing synthesizers. You cannot use it in any other way, such as for music production or video production.

You may not redistribute any voice library. Please redirect others to the original download page instead.

You may not resell any voice library.

You are free to share rendered singing vocals created with any voice library with other users, so long as the voice library in question is still publicly available.

You are free to share edited configuration files with other users so long as the voice library in question is still publicly available.

If you have made edits to any of the voice library's sound and configuration files, you may distribute those files separately with a disclaimer noting their intended purpose.

After any of the voice libraries are discontinued, you may only share configuration files, such as oto.ini or FRQ files.

Please contact the creator (shikeii) for individual approval to use any of the UTAU voice libraries or character in commercial works.

Use at fan-made events or for personal merchandise (without profit) is allowed.

Existing official artwork of SAiFA may not be used commercially.

Voice libraries or any of the included assets (voice samples, box art, UTAU renders, omake, etc) may not be used in any projects involving blockchain, cryptocurrency, or non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

Do not train an AI or create an AI model based on any of the assets connected to this character and voice libraries (voice samples, box art, UTAU renders, omake, etc).

You cannot depict SAiFA with AI-generated artwork.

You cannot use the character in AI-generated pornographic content.

You cannot use SAiFA in AI-generated music.

You cannot use raw data or exported audio files of the voice libraries in pornographic content.

Author (shikeii) holds no responsibility to any incidents, damage, or loss by the user from downloading or using the voice libraries or character.
